Left over rice Namkeen Bars
A very healthy and tasty snack...
Steps

First grind the left over rice coarsely...and keep it aside...

Now add the veggies,chillies,paneer,chilli flake,zeera,salt,chat masala,garam masala,.....then add suji and lastly curd.....

Give a good and even mix and keep it aside

Now flatten this mix on a tray.and keep it to set fr 1/2an hour...as suji is there vll soak the water and vll become tight....

Once the batter is set cut it giving it shape of bars...or any shape of ur choice...

Now take these bars slowly and shallow fry them on mefium low flame...till crispy golden brown...

Once golden brown serve hot with any dip of ur choice
