Ina mixie jar take mince, green chilli, salt,half garam masala, half coriander Powder, mint leaves,coriander leaves, little redcjilli, turmeric, besan 1chopped onion and make a fine paste.And make balls.

Heat oil in a kadai and shallow fry the koftas.

In same kadai add chopped onion and fry till golden brown then add ginger garlic paste stir for minutes. Add tomato puree and other spices also

Beat the curd very well, simmer the gas and add into kadai. Cook till masala leaves oil from sides.

Add little water and cook. Then drop koftas into gravy adjust consistency and salt. Cook for 5-7 mins. Then add mint and coriander leaves.
