Ingredients

  1. 2 cupLeftover rice
  2. 5 tablespoonsgrated Kraft cheese
  3. 1 tablespoondried parsley or coriander leaves
  4. 1/4 teaspoonfreshly ground black pepper
  5. 1 teaspoonsalt
  6. 2 tbspcornflour
  7. 100 gmDry breadcrumb
  8. 2-3Green chillis
  9. as neededOil for fry

Steps

  1. 1

    In a medium bowl, whisk cheese, parsley, pepper and 1 teaspoon salt. Cover and chill.

  2. 2

    Mash leftover rice
    add into the cheesy mixture.add boil

  3. 3

    Make a thin paste of cornflour.if u eat egg then use eggs

  4. 4

    Pour breadcrumbs into a pile on one end of a cutting board. Dampen hands and roll rice mixture into 2.5cm balls, then dip in cornflour and coat each one with breadcrumb.

  5. 5

    Add one small piece of cheese and then make balls if u like

  6. 6

    In a small, deep frying pan, heat oil.Fry rice balls 6 at a time, turning often to ensure and serve warm
