Ever imagined that you can turn these leftovers to a lovely crunchy cookie rather than just throwing it away. These extremely delectable, crisp and crunchy cookie is all healthy and guilt free :).

Ever imagined that you can turn these leftovers to a lovely crunchy cookie rather than just throwing it away. These extremely delectable, crisp and crunchy cookie is all healthy and guilt free :).

Cream butter and sugar till light and fluffy.

Add honey and milk and blend well.

Mix the dry ingredients (flours, baking powder, cinnamon powder, oats, leftover crumbs).

Add dry ingredients to the butter, sugar, honey, and milk mix, and gently fold.

Bring the dough together gently, cover in cling film and refrigerate for 30 mins.

Preheat the oven to 170 degree C and prepare the cookie tray.

Make small flat cookies and place them on the cookie tray (little away from each other).

Bake for 15-20 mins. Cool and serve. Store in an airtight box.
