Ingredients

10-15 minutes
4 Servings
  1. 2 CupsLeftover Basmati Rice
  2. 1 CupChopped Cabbage
  3. 1/4 CupChopped Carrot
  4. 1Chopped Capsicum
  5. 1/2 CupChopped Spring onion with leaves
  6. 1 tbspChopped Garlic
  7. 1/2 tbspChopped Ginger
  8. 3 tbspSchezwan Sauce
  9. 2 tbspRed Chilli Sauce
  10. 1 tspVinegar
  11. 1 tspSoya Sauce
  12. 2Chopped Green chillies
  13. Salt per taste
  14. 1 1/2 tbspOil

Steps

10-15 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat the Oil in a pan.

  2. 2

    Once heated add Chopped Garlic,Chopped ginger,Chopped spring onion,finely chopped carrot and mix everything by tossing and cook for some time.

    Now add Chopped Cabbage,Chopped capsicum and toss and cook in a high flame.

  4. 4

    Once it is cooked and is crispy,add Chilli Sauce,Schezwan Sauce,Chopped Green Chillies,Soya Sauce and then add the rice and toss it well to mix it.

  5. 5

    Mix it properly and avoid breaking the rice.Alter as per taste

  6. 6

    Now it's ready.

    Garnish with Chopped Spring Onions.
