4 slicesstale bread
1 cupsooji
1/2 cupcurd
as neededSprouts- if handy
1Chopped onion
to tasteChopped green chilies
as neededChopped veggies of your choice - optional

1. Grind bread slices with sooji and curd in mixer.

2. Add water as needed to make a flowing batter.

3. Add sprouts and any other veggies along with chilies.

4. Add salt and spices to taste.

5. Make uttapam on a hot griddle.

6. Serve with chutney/sambhar/ ketchup.
