Ingredients

5 minutes
1 serving
  • 4 idli
  • 1 tspchopped garlic
  • 1 tspChopped chillies
  • 1 cupcolour bell peppers
  • 1/2 tbspsoy sauce
  • 1 tspChilli sauce
  • 1 tbspChopped spring onion
  • 1 tbspoil
  • 1/2 tspsugar

Steps

5 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat oil and add chopped garlic and chillies. Fry for while.

  2. 2

    Add bell peppers and fry for 1 minute on high flame

  3. 3

    Cut the Idlis to make pieces and add. Add all sauces and stirring to mix well.

  4. 4

    Serve hot with more sauce.
