Ingredients

  1. 1 cupboiled leftover rice
  2. 1 cuprefined flour (maida)
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 1/2Finely chopped onion
  5. to tasteGinger
  6. 1/4 tspcumin powder or garam masala
  7. 1 packetEno
  8. Oil for deep frying
  9. 1 1 green chilli chopped
  10. 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  11. 2eggs
  12. Curry leaves few

Steps

  1. 1

    Except oil, eno, and onion add all ingredients In mixy jar and and make a smooth paste without water. Take out in a bowl mix onion and meanwhile heat oil in a kadai put gas on med flame

  2. 2

    Now mix eno in the batter and immediately pour little quantity with a spoon or hand fry till golden brown and take out on tissue paper to absorb excess oil serve at the evening tea and enjoy with ketchup or chutney
