Ingredients

3 bundlesspinach
1onion
2 clovesgarlic
400 mlmilk
2 tbscorn flour
1 tbsmargarine
Pinchsalt and white pepper

Steps

Slice the spinach, onion and garlic

Heat margarine in a pot and fry your garlic and onion.

Add spinach and let them cook for 5 mins

Add cornflour and mix well

Add milk and let them cook for 5 mins

After blending them, season it with salt and pepper.
