Hotpot spicy woodear chicken soup

Very yummy. Woodears have medicinal properties. Its said good for sore throats, hypoglycemia, cholesterol reducing, inflammation, and antitumor. I just know they taste so very good in soups especially my favorite, Chinese hot and sour soup!
