So...I realised rabbit meat ain't so much written of so I decided to do the cookpad society a favor and drop one simple recipe today 😆 The FIRST ONE...KIELEWEKE!!!
Steps

Mix yoghurt,ginger,herbs,salt,vinegar in a bowl

Rub the mixture on your chopped rabbit making sure that all the pieces are well covered in a bowl

Cover bowl with cling film and refrigerate overnight (8-12hrs)

Pour oil into your cooking pan/sufuria /pot for about 30seconds

Add your meat piece by piece and turn after 5 minuted or once the sides turn brown

Once all the sides are browned, add your onions then followed by your tomatoes. Cover and let cook under medium heat for 5minutes

Once the tomatoes are soft..pound them with a wooden cooking spoon and stir to mix with your meat

Add 1/2C water and your soy sauce

Cover and cook on low heat covered for 20-30minutes until the soup is fully reduced to a thick stew add your cupsicum and dhania and serve with Ugali or rice..oh and don't forget..SHARE WITH FRIENDS....tastes Better!!!
