  • Ukwanju fruit
  • 1lemon
  • Crashed Sukari nguru
  • 1 teaspooncardamon

Steps

    Assemble your ingredients

    Squeeze your lemon to extract the juice.

  3. 3

    Put the fruit in warm 500ml water and let it sit for 20-30mins.

  4. 4

    With clean hands squeeze to remove the seeds.

    Sieve to another bowl and add more water.

  6. 6

    Add the sugar and cardamon and stir until dissolved.

  7. 7

    Sieve again and add the lemon.

  8. 8

    Best served when chilled or with ice cubes 😋😋
