In a bowl pour left over Dalia upma, onion, chillis and then one by one all the ingredients and make a dough out of it.

Prepare lemon shaped balls. Make a batter with cornflower, paprika mix, 1/2 of cup water.

Take another plate and spread the oats over it.

Heat oil for frying. Then take Dalia upma balls, dip it into the cornflour water, then roll the balls on the oats spread over the plate.

Then fry the balls on low flame till golden brown in colour.
