Steps

In a cooking pan, add the cooking onion and onions and let it fry.

Add your carrots and cook for 4mins.

Add your tomatoes and add a pinch of salt to taste. Cook until soft.

Add your garliç and ginger and combine. Cook for 2mins and avoid burning.

Add your boiled ndengu and a bit of warm water. Add your spices at this point and cook for 10mins.

Serve with your favourite accompliment.
