Steps

Take a pan and heat the Ghee.Fry the onions in it and then remove the onions and keep aside.

Now add Curry Leaves,all spices and then add tomato puree and mix it nicely.

Now add the Boiled Veggies to this and mix well.

Now add most of the onions and keep some side aside for topping.

Now add Biryani Masala,Red Chilli Powder,Chopped Green Chillies and mix it.

Now add salt per taste,fresh cream and then add the fried cashew nuts and Sultana with the peanuts and keep some Cashew Nuts and Sultana for Garnishing.

Mix this well.

Now add the Left over Khichdi and mix it well.

Cook for 2-5 minutes and now it's ready.

Serve with Curd and Papadam and garnish with cashew nuts,onions and Sultana as said above.

Now your tasty Shahi Khichdi is ready.
