  3. 1 glassWater
  4. 1 tspEno
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. as neededOil for greasing
  7. 1 katori /bowlSambhar ke liye turdal
  8. 1big onion chopped
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. 1/2 tspHaldi /turmeric powder
  11. 1 table spoonLaal mirch/ red chilli powder
  12. 1 table spoonSambhar masala
  13. 2 table spoonImli juice
  14. 1 table spoonDhaniya jira powder
  15. 1 teaspoonCoconut grated.ek
  16. as neededCoriander leaves chopped
  17. as neededCoconut chutney
  18. 1/2 cupFresh coconut half cup
  19. 1 tablespoonCoriander
  20. 1/2 pieceGinger
  21. 1Green chilli chopped
  22. 3 tablespoonDahi /curd
  23. to tastesalt
  24. 10Kadipatta /curry leaves
  25. 1 tablespoonRai / mustard seeds
  26. teaspoonHing /asafoetida
  27. 1 tablespoonUrad daal for tadka
  28. 2Sabut lal mirch /whole red chilli
  29. 2 table spoonOil

Steps

    Suji ko dahi or pani add karke soak karein

  2. 2

    25 minute soak karne ke baad isme

  3. 3

    Salt or eno add karke mixture ready karein

  4. 4

    Idli mould ko oil se grease karein

  5. 5

    Hot hone ke liye ges par idli cooker mein rakhe

  6. 6

    Hot honest batter ko mould mein pour karein

  7. 7

    25 minutes ke liye steam hone dein

  8. 8

    Then ready to our idli.

    Daal mein haldi salt or onion cut karke boil karne ke liye

  10. 10

    Pressure cook karein 4 whistle mein cook ho jayegi

  11. 11

    Ab cooker thanda hone ke baad dal ko ek patil mein daalke

  12. 12

    Pani 3 glass add karein and ubalne dein

  13. 13

    Isme laal mirch haldi or imli juice add karke ubalne dein

  14. 14

    Baad me ek tadka pan mein oil le rai or hing and lal sabut mirch

  15. 15

    Dalke tadka aane decurry leave dalein urad daal add karein and sambhar masala ko

  16. 16

    Tadka me add karein 2 chammach pani add karein taki masala jal na jaye

  17. 17

    Ab tadka ko dal me pour karein

  18. 18

    Coriander add karein so

  19. 19

    Ready to serve sambhar.

    Sambhar me coconut grate karke daalein taste badh jayega.

    Coconut me dahi namak green chilli coriander or ginger daalke mixer me pees lein

  22. 22

    Tel ko tadka pan mein lein rai hing urad daal or kadipatta dalke tadka chutney mein dalke serve karein

  23. 23

    Ready to very very famous idli sambhar or chutney.

  24. 24

    Idli ko cut karke bade se bowl me dale upar se sambhar or too par chutney or hare dhaniya se garnish karein.
