500 goats
250 gunsalted butter
250 gbrown sugar
75 ggolden syrup

Preheat oven to 280C/150C fan/gas 5

Melt the butter, sugar and syrup in a pan.

Take the pan off the heat. Mix in the oats.

Spoon into a greased baking tray and bake in the oven for 30 minutes until golden brown.

Leave to cool then add a layer of melted chocolate to the top.
