Mix semolina and all purpose flour. Add salt and 1 tsp oil. Knead dough and rest for 20 minutes.

In a bowl add carrot puree, sweet chutney, black salt, chaat masala. Mix nicely and make saffron water.

In a bowl take spinach puree, green chutney, black salt and chaat masala and make green water ready.

In a bowl take buttermilk and add white pepper powder and salt to it. White shot is ready.

Now roll big puri out of dough and cut small size Paris out of it. Fry into hot oil.

Fill shot glasses with white, red and green liquid. Serve with puri.
