Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 10cherry tomatoes, halved
  2. 100 gbroccoli spears, lightly steamed then chipped
  3. 100 gasparagus spears, lightly steamed then chopped
  4. 1garlic clove, sliced
  5. 380 gthin turkey steaks, thinly sliced

Steps

  1. 1

    Add the chorizo to a frying pan and fry over a medium heat until the oil starts to release. At this point add the garlic slices and continue to fry gently for a few mins.

    Add the sliced turkey breast to the pan and fry over a medium heat for 3-4 mins until just cooked through.

    Add the tomatoes and green veg. Stir then season heavily with salt and pepper, allow to cook for a few more minutes before serving.
