Make a batter of gram flour salt little chilli powder and water.rest for 15 mins.

Cut slices of cheese and appy shezwan on each again a peace of cheese wrap in gram flour and deep fry.

Grind the spinach leaves in a mixer.fine chop onion tomato.

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a work add cumin chopped chilli ginger garlic paste onion and stir for 5 mins.now put salt chilli powder coriader powder add spinach paste.

Cover the work for steaming.after 10 mins when the colour change sprinkle garam masala and paneer sandwich and serve hot with fulkas
