Steps

Take both grinded rice and urad dal and keep them for fermentation. (You can use ready or leftover idli mix too.) When ready add 1/2 tsp salt of to taste and mix well.

Grate carrot, chop red bell pepper and tomatoes and mix little salt and red chilli powder.

Grate broccoli chop capsicum and green chilli, chopped curry leaves little salt and mix.

Heat a non stick pan. Few drops of oil and then pour batter and spread over it in outer circle red mixture and inner circle green mixture. After a minute press veggies gently with spatula. Cook for 2-3 minutes, check, flip and cook other side. Use few more Drops of oil when required.

For center I have used a slice of lotus stem.

When cooked from both sides transfer to a plate. Garnish with veggies and serve hot with coconut chutney
