Ingredients

  • 500 gmbonless chicken
  • Hariyali chicken kebab
  • 2 tsppudina and Coriander leaves paste
  • 1 tspOnion powder
  • 1 tspgarlic powder
  • 1 tspBlack pepper
  • 1 tbspThick curd
  • 1 tspParsley
  • 1 tspCumin powder
  • 1 tbspOil
  • to tasteSalt
  • Malai chicken kebab
  • 1 tspThick curd
  • 1 tspFreash cream
  • 1 tspBlack pepper
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 cubeButter
  • 1 tspGinger powder
  • 1 tspGarlic powder
  • 1 tspOnion powder
  • Hot & spicy chicken kebab
  • 1 tbspThick curd
  • 1 tspOnion powder
  • 1 tspGarlic powder
  • 1 tspCumin powder
  • 1 tspCoriander powder
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1 tspGaram masala powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 tbspOil

Steps

30-35 min
  1. 1

    Divide the chicken paste in 3 portion.

  2. 2

    Hariyali chicken
    Mix all the ingridients with the chicken paste and make a smooth paste. Then keep it in the refrigaretor for 1 hour.

    Malai chicken kebab
    Mix all the ingridients with the chicken paste and make a smooth paste. Then keep it in the refrigaretor for 1 hour.

  4. 4

    Hot & spicy chicken kebab
    Mix all the ingridients with the chicken paste and make a smooth paste. Then keep it in the refrigaretor for 1 hour.

  5. 5

    Afrer 1 hour now arrenge all the marinated chicken into the kebab sttick and apply little extra marinating masala.

  6. 6

    Then place them into the cooking tray.

  7. 7

    Oven should be pre heated for 10 min in 200 digree centrigrated.

  8. 8

    Now cook them in 200 digree for 25 min and turn the other side after 10 min.
