Ingredients

  1. 1 cupHung curd
  2. 1-2 cupsPowdered sugar
  3. 3 slicesTinned pineapple
  4. 6-7Mint leavs
  5. Pineapple essance if required

Steps

  1. 1

    Take mixing bowl add in hung curd and sugar and give it a good mix.

  2. 2

    Now heat griller and grill the pineapple slices. Chop then finely or use electric chopper for best results.

  3. 3

    Throw these pineapple chunks and chopped minty leavs to the shirkhand and keep it in fridge till it gets firm and chilled.

  4. 4

    U can add in pineapple essance if u wish to. N use tinned pineapple only.
