Cut all the chicken into one inch pieces. Season with 3 tbsp of curry powder. Put in large bowl & cover. Let marinate for at least a hour or longer (longer marinate, stronger flavor).

Heat a skillet on medium heat. Cook chicken until no longer pink. Set aside.

In a large pot heat chicken broth to boil. Add salt, pepper & curry and mix well.

Stir in onions, garlic & tomatoes. Add chicken & shimmer on low heat.
