Sweat the onion and garlic

Add the mince meat and cook it for awhile

Add the beans and cook for a while

Add the tomatoes and all the spicesy
- 5
Add water and simmer over low heat for 30 mins
- 6
Season with salt and add abit of sugar to neutralise the tomato
- 7
Garnish with cheddar cheese or sour cream
