Take a bowl and mix semolina with curd. Add salt sugar, oil and make a thick paste. Add 1/4 tsp baking soda to it.

Blanch a cup of spinach and churn it in a mixer with green chilli ginger garlic and make a smoooth paste.

Take 1 tomato and blanch it in hot water. Peel off the skin and pour pulp and pomegranate into mixer and churn it with red chilli powder and garlic clove. Make a smoooth paste

Now take semolina paste and divide it into 3 parts. add enoMix spinach puree in one part, tomato purée in 2 And part. Third part will remain white

Now heat the idli cooker with water. Grease the idli trays and pour orange. White and green mixture to make a tricolor pattern and steam the idlis for 15-20 minutes.

After 15-20 minutes tricolor idlis are ready to eat. Serve them with sauce or chutney or sambhar.

You can eat them plain also
