For sevpuri, make dough using maida, oil, water and salt. in a pan put oil.

Now make small papdi and fry them

Now take a bowl put chopped tomato, onion and potato. add all the spices.

Now take sev papdi, put the above batter and now put green and imli chutney over it

Now put barik sev for garnishing.
