Heat a deep bottomed pan..Add water to boil...Once it boils.. Switch off the flame...Add salt and florets...And leave it for 10-15 mins.

After that drain the water and wash again with plain water...And spread on cotton cloth to dry or in microwave.

Heat a pan..Add mustard oil...Heat it...Once it heats switch off the flame...And let it cool.

After cooling..Add pickle masala in oil...Mix...Add cauliflower florets and diced capsicum...Mix nicely...And keep in container.

If u don't want to use readymade pickle masala then the ingredients are... Mustard seeds, fennal seeds, and fenugreek seeds..(coarsely ground).Salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, hing, 2 tbsp white vinegar in required amount...And process will be same.
