Heat the oil in kadhai and give a tadka of mustard and cumin seeds

Add onion, potatoes, green chillies and curry leaves cook it till potatoes become soft

Now add lime juice and sugar mix it

Add crushed peanuts and coconut powder

Then add salt, turmeric powder and red chilli powder and lastly add poha

Mix it well..

Garnish with coriander leaves

Enjoy it with tea in breakfast
