Beets are extremely Healthy. Even if you aren't a huge beet fan, give these a try. You will be surprised how neutral in flavor, yet delightfully crispy, simple to make, yet healthy snack they are.
Sweet Potato Chips
These chips are awesome. They are light, crispy and flavourful
Follow the same procedure as Beets.
Carrot Chips
If you are constantly craving for chips, then you are going to be all over this snack. These crunchy gems are much healthier alternative to traditional potato chips. They have high dose of fiber , Vitamin A & C. These chips are seasoned with salt. I have been little creative by adding elachi powder, cinnamon powder , cumin powder and black pepper powder for a kick.

Peel, wash Beets, Carrots and Sweet Potatoes.

Thinly slice the beets, carrots, sweet potatoes separately with mandolin as thinly as possible.

Sprinkle salt and pepper to Beets, sweet potatoes and salt, cinnamon powder and elachi powder to the carrots.

Toss all the veggies and let salt get infused.

Keep it aside for 10-15mins.

Heat oil in the kadai.

Fry Beets, Carrots and Sweet Potatoes separately till crispy
