Take a bowl and add suji,dahi,salt as per your taste and keep it aside.

Now we are going to make green paste in a bowl take one cup suji add palak purey,salt.and keep it also aside.

Now the red paste take a bowl and add suji,salt,tomato purey,besan mix it well.

For the steam in pressure cooker add 3 cup water and put a stand like base and in a flat bottom bowl first put the green paste and steam it for 7 min and after white paste same in the green and after all the red paste and steam as same

When your steam your dhokla please be careful that it had cook or not for checking by toothpick u can.
