First of all mix all vegetables and spices salt and bread slices

Make balls and shape like tikkes

Now make a thin batter of maida with water

Now put a non stick pan on the gas put 2 table spoons of oil heat it

Now put cutlets one by one in maida batter and cover with suji

Now shallow fry all cutlets till cricpy and golden brown

Serve with pudina chutney and souce 🎉
