Roast the suji and keep aside.

Heat oil in a wok add mustard seeds, curry leaves, green chilli when splutters add chopped onion and saute it.

Then add roasted Suji,salt,green coriander and water.

Cook till upma consistency.

Add lemon juice and mix well. Serve hot.
