Steps

Boil some water in a vessel and add the Cinnamon, cardamoms, cloves and bay leaves into it. Once it boils add the cleaned rice into it and let it Cook

Heat some oil in a pan and add the vegetables chopped into it and salt and saute it

Cover it and let it Cook in low simmer for 10 mins

Add garam masala and remove and keep aside
- 5
Once the rice is cooked strain the water and mix the vegetables into it carefully. Your pulao is ready to be served with some raita or fries
