Sevaiya

Steps

Heat full fat milk. Keep stirring so that it does not stick to the bottom.

Once milk lessens becomes little thick, add the sevaiya and cook for sometime.

Now add sugar and let it melt.

Add the dry fruits, Kesar and cardamom powder. Bring to a boil and then remove from gas.

Cool it and serve either hot or chilled.
