In a cooker heat ghee...put aesofotedia and 1tspn cumin and nuts...Now add chopped vegetables and soya chunks let it cook now add ginger garlic paste...then add turmeric powder and shahi biryani Masala and add basmati rice......And roast for few minutes and add water and salt.....close the lid and whistle 2.....serve it with papad
