Ingredients

  • 1 cupyellow maize flour
  • 1 cupwheat flour
  • 1 cupwhite sugar
  • 1/2 cupsalted melted butter
  • 4eggs
  • 1 tbspbaking powder
  • 2 tspvanilla essence
  • 1/2 cupmilk

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the eggs and sugar and mix well, add vanilla and continue mixing, add milk and butter...fold in the flour. Don't over mix, bake for 12-15 minutes...
