Mix yeast (and sugar*) in a mug with 1/4 cup milk (use part 1/2 litre)

Put flour and salt in a bowl and make a well in the middle.

Pour yeast mixture into flour and mix with the rest of milk to a smooth texture

Add fruit
- 5
Cover with towel and leave in hot water cupboard for 1 hour
- 6
Heat oil and deep fry balls. (I use a spoon for scooping and another spoon to scrape ball into the oil.
