First heat 1 tblspn oil in a vok then roast nagpuri poha till it become cryspy, while roasting poha add half tspn turmeric to it. When poha done, keep aside in a container. Same process to roast murmure and when it roasted put into poha container and then shallow fry the peanuts in 1 tblspn oil.. And put into poha mixture. Now deep fry corn pohe and keep into the mixture.

Add red chilli powder and salt.

Now prepare tadka. Heat 2 tspn oil in same vok, add green chillies, curry leaves and saunf. Fry for a minute.

Add this tadka to mixture. And it all mixture with slightly..

Less oil chiwda namkeen is ready to eat.
