Crispy, crunchy, they are indeed very addictive that one just can't stop munching them. And they are easy to prepare too.
Steps

Heat 1 cup water in a kadai add,ginger, greenchilles,both sesame seeds,cumin,salt,butter let it boil then add rice flour mix everything well and cook for 5 mins, switch off the flame

Let this mixture cool

Add water in small batches to form a soft pliable dough, knead well
- 4
Now heat the oil in kadai

While the oil is getting hot, grease the chakli mould & fix the chakli plate to chakli mould

Divide the dough into parts. Add one part of the dough to the mould and press

Press the dough into spirals of chakli on a greased plate or greased plastic sheets
- 8
Once the correct temperature is reached, gently drop chakli into hot oil in batches of 4-5 depending on the size of kadai used to deep fry
- 9
Deep fry them on medium flame on both sides till they turn crisp

Repeat the same for remaining dough

Chaklis r ready to serve. Store the chakli in airtight containers once cooled
