Aloo chutney pulao

In a blender make a smooth paste of green coriander, green chilli salt and 1 teaspoon cumin seeds. Keep this paste aside

Now peel and cut boiled potatoes in small cubes.

Now heat a wok and add oil in it.

Once oil is heated add cumin seeds and asfoateida in it.

When it starts crackling add Cinnamon stick, cloves black pepper powder and bay leaf in it and fry it for 1 minute.

Now add potatoes and fry them for 5 to 10 minutes. Now pour coriander paste in it. Mix it nicely.

Now add cooked rice and mix everything well.

Cook it for 5 minutes and switch off the flame.

Your aloo chutney pulao is ready.

Serve it hot with your favourite curry or raita.
