
Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies

Preheat you oven to 350°C.

In a small bowl, whisk together flour and baking soda; set aside.

In a bowl with electric mixer, mix together the butter and both sugars until light and creamy. Reduce the speed and add the salt, vanilla and eggs (do it one at a time so it doesnt split apart).

Sift the flour mixture in the wet mixture and stir until combined. Stir in the chocolate chips.

Drop heap Tablespoon balls on to parchment paper and make sure that they a 2 inches apart.

Bake the cookies until golden on the edges (which is approx. 8-10 minutes). Let them cool for 1-2 minutes and then place them onto a cooling rack to cool. Place these cookies in an airtight container and lasts for 1 week.
