Prepare the dough,put salt &oil in to the plain flour mix it properly using ur hands add water and make vry soft dough and cover it with a lid for 15 minutes

Heat the frying pan, put 4 tbsp oil,add crushed coriander,fennel,cumin,hing,kasoori methi,red chilli,salt,garam marsala,amchoor,besan fry it little,then add moong dal paste and mix well,stir the mixture continuesly until it is dry,and Cook medium flame,grams are rosted,turn off the flame,take out the mixture in a bowl to cool quickly

Make small round balls of the dough,take 1 ball of the dough in ur hand press them,and make it like a round basket then put 1 tbsp of stuffing,close the stuffing from all the sides and press them with hands,put the kachori in the little hot oil and fry until it gets brown in colour,take them out on a plate and serve it
