Melt 50 g dark compound i preferred morde using double boiler technique

Spread tempered that is room temperature melted compound along the walls of a short bite size cup mould. let it set

Apply a second coat to make it thick.let it set completly

In a non stick pan heat 50g cream and add 100g dark compound switch off the flame the chocolate will melt by heat of cream.

Once it cools down it will thicken.coat ur hands with cocoa powder and make small balls.keep in fridge to set it

Remove the chocolate cups from mould. keep fudge balls and top it with cherries.This bite size chocolate balls r huge heat in kids party
