Take a milk chocolate compound and long serrated knief and a heavy wooden board.Starting cut thick slices along the diagonal,pressing both the hands on either side of the knief.

Melting chocolate in a double boiler or 1 minute in microwave.

Take a chocolate mould tray and fill chocolate in half then add few drops of ceramel sauce and piur melted chocolate in full tray then tap.

Then chocolate cool set in fridge for setting.

After half an hour cjocolate r demould.
- 6
Serve Ceramel chocolate.
