Instant Cornflakes Chura
Steps

First heat the pan or big kadhai,when pan is heated roast all peanuts & keep aside without oil.

Now roast cornflakes with 1 spoon of oil only till it becomes crunchy.

When cornflakes is roasted keep aside.

In same pan take puffed rice without oil & roast till they become crunchy.

Now take 2 spoon oil in a small pan for tadka..

When oil is heated put cumin seeds & mustard seeds & curry patta,saute for a minute.

Add red chilli powder, turmeric,amchur powder & saute all together.

Now take all the above ingredients in a plate turn tadka over it,mix well with hands,add salt & sugar,mix well again.

Less oily chura is ready.
