Ingredients

55 minutes
  1. 250 gramsground veal
  2. 1green bell pepper, diced small
  3. Béchamel sauce and 1 cup cheese for garnish
  4. 500 gramsspaghetti
  5. 1 piecebutter
  6. 1 clovegarlic, crushed
  7. 4 tablespoonstomato paste
  8. 2 tablespoonschopped parsley
  9. 1/2 cupolive oil
  10. 1beef bouillon cube
  11. Salt
  12. Black pepper
  13. Paprika
  14. Turmeric
  15. Cayenne pepper
  16. 2 cupswater
  17. Pinchoregano

Cooking Instructions

    In a pot, bring water and salt to a boil, add the spaghetti, and cook until done. Drain, add a piece of butter, and stir until it melts.

    In a saucepan over medium heat, mix the tomato paste and water until combined. Add the garlic, spices, and oil, and stir until it boils. Add the bell pepper and stir, then add the meat and break it into small pieces. Add the parsley, oregano, and half of the bouillon cube, mix well, and remove from heat.

    Mix the spaghetti and sauce well. In an oiled baking dish, spread a layer of spaghetti, then a little béchamel, another layer of spaghetti, more béchamel, and a final layer of spaghetti. Top with the remaining béchamel and bake until the top is golden. Serve.
