Knead the dough with salt and sugar and ghee

Now prepare the stuffiing with Potatoes,roasted masala and onion

Take small portion of the dough and roll into the shape of round
- 4
Place the filling in evenly over it
- 5
Now place another roti over it
- 6
Press from the side well
- 7
Now add ghee on a skillet fry the parathas
