Ingredients

20 minutes
7-8 servings
  • 3 cupmaida
  • 1/2 cupoil
  • 1ts salt
  • 1/2ts ajwain
  • as neededWater to make dough
  • as neededOil for fry

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Mix all ingredient,make dough for mathri with the help of water.

  2. 2

    Keep the dough aside for an hour

  3. 3

    Now make medium size ball.

  4. 4

    Roll three puri with rolling pin.

  5. 5

    Place a puri.. Apply some oil than sprinkle some maida on it.. Now put second puri on it... Again do this all process three times..

  6. 6

    Now roll all three puri.

  7. 7

    Roll it.. Than cut it.

  8. 8

    Now press it or roll it by pin slightly.

  9. 9

    Now put oil in a vessel on gas.

  10. 10

    Now fry all chakli in hot oil on medium flame till golden brown.

  11. 11

    Keep it in air tight container after cool.
