Add salt and the turmeric powder to the sliced bitter gourd, leave it for 5 hours

Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds

Put onion in it, allow it to golden brown

Add bitter gourd, allow it to be crispy

Then add some salt turmeric powder coriander powder red chilli powder and then dry mango powder
